1. Parties and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between:

  • You ("Customer", "Applicant", or "User"), and
  • Visa Centre AU (ABN 65 679 999 243, Sydney, Australia)

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), additional statutory rights may apply. For business clients, you confirm authority to bind your organisation.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms on visacentre.com.au form the entire agreement.

2. Our Services

We assist with:

  • Tourist & Business Visa Applications
  • Document Preparation & Submission
  • Expedited Processing (where available)
  • Visa Advisory Services

We do not guarantee visa approvalโ€”issuing authorities make final decisions.

3. Order Process

  • Submission: Orders are placed via our website, email, or phone.
  • Confirmation: A contract is formed when we email "Order Confirmation."
  • Accuracy: You must review all details before submission. Errors may delay processing.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Service Fees: Listed on our website. Non-refundable once processing begins.
  • Consular Fees: Set by issuing authorities and subject to change.
  • Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Non-Payment: We may withhold documents until full payment is received.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds for approved, rejected, or withdrawn applications.
  • Partial refunds only if cancellation occurs before submission to authorities.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete documents.
  • Verify visa validity, entry/exit dates, and passport expiry (min. 6 months validity).
  • Not book non-refundable travel until visas are secured.
  • Notify us immediately of errors.
  • Any claims must be made within 60 days of delivery.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • No Guarantee: We cannot influence embassy decisions or processing times.
  • Third-Party Services: Courier delays, consular closures, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
  • Liability Cap: Our maximum liability is AUD $110 or the document replacement cost (whichever is lower).
  • Exclusions:
    • Incorrect/incomplete applications submitted by you.
    • Denied entry (even with a visa).
    • Lost/damaged documents by couriers or authorities.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your data is used only for visa processing (see our Privacy Policy).

8. General Terms

  • Governing Law: New South Wales. Disputes must be resolved in NSW courts.
  • Amendments: We may update these Terms; changes apply to new orders only.
  • Severability: If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
